Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping to German islands is excluded.
Shipping costs for live animals within Germany (live rock, corals, fish and invertebrates)
- flat rate €19.90 (GO Overnight Express arrival Tuesday to Friday)
- flat rate €39.90 (GO Overnight Express arrival Saturday)
- From an order value of €400 we ship free of charge with arrival Tuesday to Friday (GO Overnight Express)
- From an order value of €600 we ship free of charge with arrival on Saturday (GO Overnight Express)
Shipping costs for live animals to Austria (corals, fish and invertebrates)
- flat rate €39.90 (GO Overnight Express)
- From an order value of €600 we ship free of charge arriving Tuesday to Friday (GO Overnight Express)

- Shipping with arrival on Saturday is not possible
- Combined shipping of live animals with accessories and/or heavy goods is not possible. Please place a separate order for accessories.
We only ship corals to the rest of the EU, no fish or invertebrates! Therefore, if you have fish or invertebrates in your shopping cart, you will only see pickup and no shipping method. Combined shipping of live animals with accessories and/or heavy goods is not possible abroad.
Live animals can be ordered together with accessories; accessories in stock will then be shipped in one delivery with GO-Overnight Express. Accessories not in stock will be delivered via DHL.
Please note: Shipments containing live animals that cannot be delivered will be taken back by the carrier. There will be no cancellation of the shipment! Therefore, please make sure that a person at the specified delivery address can accept the delivery between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the day of delivery and that the driver can call the telephone number provided if necessary to discuss further action (GO is not obliged to do this). We will be charged costs for waiting times or new delivery trips, which we will pass on to the respective customer/recipient. As a rule, these costs are significantly higher than our shipping flat rate.
Complaints about live animals:
Complaint processing for animals that arrive dead within Germany:

If an animal is dead upon arrival, please refer to the information sheet included with each shipment on the subject of “Complaint processing for animals arriving dead”. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints that are delayed or do not have sufficient images! Always keep dead animals until the complaint has been processed (e.g. in the freezer); we reserve the right to retrieve dead animals at our expense.
Complaints about dead animals must be received by us by 4 p.m. at the latest. Please note that we cannot accept later complaints.
If complaints are justified, we will refund the purchase price of the animal. There will be no subsequent delivery free of charge and no reimbursement of shipping costs.
Complaint processing for animals that arrive dead within Europe:
Due to the long transport times, we cannot guarantee live arrival for deliveries to the EU.
For commercial customers, the transport risk is borne by the commercial buyer.
Payment and shipping accessories for end users
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €70.00.
Heavy goods such as sand, salt, stones (except live rock), as well as items with a length of >1.20m will incur a shipping surcharge depending on the item in the shopping cart. The amount of the surcharge depends on the weight and number of the respective item.
Bulky goods items with a length of >1.20m cannot be ordered for delivery together with other items or animals in a shopping cart. Please place another order if necessary.
When sending goods that cannot be sent by post (forwarding), we charge as follows:
Aquariums and other bulky goods are sent by a freight forwarder - €49.90
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Aquariums and other items that must be shipped with a shipping company cannot be ordered together with other items or animals in a shopping cart for shipping. Please place another order if necessary.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:
Europe / EU:
up to 5 kg from €14.50
over 5 kg to 10 kg from €18.75
over 10 to 15 kg from €23.00
over 15 to 20 kg from €27.25
over 20 to 25 kg from €31.50
over 25 to 31.5 kg from €36.60
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) usually takes place within 2 - 3 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 2 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract. The prerequisite for shipping is that the payment process has been completed completely.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Orders with the “Pickup” shipping method can be picked up without prior notice during store opening hours. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged, nor will the bulky or heavy goods surcharges shown in the shopping cart. If items ordered for collection were not available at the time of ordering, please wait until you are informed that the ordered goods have arrived before collecting them.

Further payment details
When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA business direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 2 working days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the specified account has sufficient funds on the announced date. Any direct debit return costs will be billed to you subsequently.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
