Nite-Out II Pond is a specially developed mix of bacteria for a rapid, safe and fish-friendly biological start as well as for optimal care of every pond.
Nite-Out II Pond sustainably establishes useful bacterial cultures for a functioning nitrification (ammonia –> nitrite –> nitrate). This effectively reduces toxic ammonia, which is toxic for fish and other creatures, and harmful nitrite in the pond.
Nite-Out II Pond is suitable for use above a water temperature of 7°C.
Tips:
Provide sufficient carbonate hardness (KH) of at least 6°dH and a pH value of 7.2 – 8.4, to enable functioning nitrification.
After each dose, switch off the UV clarifier, defoamer and ozone for about 72 hours to allow the bacteria to settle.
After opening, store between 4°C – 7°C.
